CAFA Annual Alberta Provincial Conference

The Canadian Association of Farm Advisors (CAFA)’s Annual Provincial Conference, Keeping Agriculture Healthy for the Family & on the Farm, was held in Red Deer, Alberta. The event addressed issues pertaining to agriculture: current developments locally and globally, HR issues, environmental challenges, legal questions, and more.

Brenda Schoepp

Brenda Schoepp has lived and loved the beef cattle industry for over 30 years, currently managing a family cattle grazing operation near Rimbey, Alberta. Her experience within the Alberta agriculture is diverse: from writing to speaking to managing to innovation and more. Les Brost

Les Brost is a third generation owner/operator of a large successful family ranch in southeastern Alberta. His practical approach to problem solving grew out of his early years as a rancher in the family business and continues in his interest in rural development and renewal. He is also a speaker on conflict management.

Dr. Marie Gervais

About this Project

e Strategic HR is a collection of human resource information compiled for use by Alberta's agri-food industry by the Agriculture & Food Council.
