Julie attended the University of Ottawa and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English. She immediately began working in her field as a mental health worker and broadened her experience by serving as a case manager and rehabilitation educator for persons with acquired brain injury. Julie became a Certified Public Speaker with Pryor Resources International and went on the road, facilitating seminars and workshops across the northeastern United States and several Canadian provinces.
