Nicole Davis has over 17 years of human resource experience working in the academic, biotechnology, agro-chemical and manufacturing industries. She has been exposed to the agricultural industry her entire life. Following her degree, she took her first human resources role in agricultural manufacturing. In the past 17 years, Nicole has worked in successive human resources and teaching roles. She has been with Bayer CropScience for 8 years and is currently the company’s director of human resources in Calgary, AB.

Nicole has taught introductory and advanced Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Organizational Behaviour at the University of Saskatchewan, Artic College NWT and Saskatchewan Institute of Applied Science and Technology. Nicole’s HR expertise includes compensation management, performance assessment and motivational techniques, and talent and change management. Nicole has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan, and is a Certified Human Resources Professional.

About this Project
