Michèle Luit has twenty six years of experience in the field of human resources. She launched her own company, Workplace Solutions, in 2005 in order to share her experience with others where results were being challenged by unresolved relationship issues. Her areas of expertise include leadership development, team effectiveness, conflict resolution, and executive coaching.

Michèle is an experienced facilitator, drawing upon a repertoire of real-life experiences that she has developed into workshops, seminars and keynote sessions. Michèle Luit has been consulting with communities, non-profit organizations, First Nations, government and corporate sector where she has been responsible for designing internal systems, building internal corporate capacity and leading public consultation. Michèle has a Masters Degree in Conflict Analysis and Management from Royal Roads University.

About this Project
