Les Brost is a third generation owner/operator of a large successful family ranch in southeastern Alberta. His practical approach to problem solving grew out of his early years as a rancher in the family business and continues in his interest in rural development and renewal. Les Brost is a conflict management specialist and facilitator with clients in the private sector, government, associations and organizations. Les’ leadership role in corporate and non-profit boardrooms gives him a unique perspective on problem solving and building organizational effectiveness.
Les is a professional writer who has won national awards for his outstanding columns on agriculture and rural development. He is also a member of Edmontonians Magazine’s “Transformers”- a quartet of personal and organizational change agents working with the Edmonton business community.
