Kathleen Johnston, MA, is an experienced and credentialed career coach, stress consultant, and clinical counsellor. Her expertise lies in working with those who desire success in their careers without compromising health and well-being. She genuinely believes in everyone’s potential to make a difference in their own lives as well as the lives of others.

As a former senior executive with family responsibilities, Kathleen knows firsthand the complexity of being responsible for strategic direction, policy development, and growth objectives within a large organization, while maintaining work/life balance. During her tenure as an executive, Kathleen’s work included creating innovative services in the charitable sector for those who are marginalized and disadvantaged.

A lifelong learner, she is also a Certified Stress and Wellness Consultant (Canadian Institute of Stress) and Certified Executive Career Coach, having completed her training with the Career Coach Institute.
