Dr. Denis Cauvier is widely recognized as one of North America’s top speakers on the topics of finding and keeping great staff. With over 20 years of experience in training and human resources, Denis has spoken to or consulted with over one million people across Canada, the United States and 43 other countries.

Denis Cauvier is the best-selling author of three books on recruiting and retaining great staff, including How To Hire the Right Person, How To Keep Your Staff Productive & Happy, and Attracting, Selecting & Retaining Great People. He is also the author of Achieve It! A Personal Success Journal.

His newest book is entitled 101 Low Cost/High Impact Recruiting Methods: Proven Strategies to Attract Greater Employees. In it, Cauvier offers quick, commonsense solutions to deal with one of the most challenging issues facing leaders today: attracting large numbers of high quantity passive job seekers.
