Often consisting of groups of your peers or other experts in your field, networking and leadership groups allow for valuable personal development. You have the opportunity to learn from others who have encountered challenges similar to yours, share best practices with them, and discuss past mistakes or possible solutions in a constructive manner.

About this Projecte Strategic HR is a collection of human resource information compiled for use by Alberta's agri-food industry by the Agriculture & Food Council.
