An External Strength Relating to Training
Temporary workers will only be with your organization for a short period of time. How do you balance their training to be the shortest time period possible while still ensuring they can do the job correctly? You’ll want to strive for a consistent balance between keeping the training simple and concise while being thorough and effective. Most importantly, make sure your expectations are clear and hold your temporary workers to them.
Keep an eye out for those employees who show particular potential: these may be employees to consider for permanent positions or for rehiring next year.
